Our History

Printopac began operations on April 7, 1997, in Quito, Ecuador, with the objective of providing quality packaging solutions for industry, the food sector and commerce, using the best technology for its elaboration and high-quality standards.

Through the years and thanks to a constant policy of investment and innovation we have been able to expand our range of products, which also allows us to offer bags, plastic straps, aluminum foil, lids, domes and a wide range of packaging for different solutions and decoration alternatives, including printing, heat shrink sleeve labeling techniques and IML processes.

  • The In Mold Labeling (IML) process is a high process in which labels are printed by flexographic or lithographic systems, allowing the use of many colors with high resolution. Its main advantage is that when they are molded together with the container, they do not scratch or come off.
  • Shrink sleeve labeling is a process by which a heat-shrinkable plastic film is subjected to heat to shrink in a certain direction and adhere to the container.
